👋Hi,I'm Smitesh Das An undergraduate engineering student at National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India (class of 2029), curious about technology and eager to explore its many dimensions.
Spent my early-teenage tinkering with Windows Batch files, trying to understand and build radio transmitters from scratch(a circuit from a random corner of internet actually worked!! ).
Have hands-on experience with Web-Dev(Node.js) & Python, where I have spent time learning and building small projects. Electronics continues to be an area of fascination. I am also currently exploring Machine Learning as it happened to intrigue me.
I enjoy learning by doing and always on the look to contribute to projects that quench my engineering thirst.
I can be reached on linkedin, github, email.

A systematic study evaluating how surface EMG (sEMG) features generalize under muscle fatigue in upper-limb dynamic movement classification tasks. An RBF-kernel SVM was trained exclusively on non-fatigued data and tested across fatigue conditions to quantify performance degradation.
Time-domain amplitude features (RMS, MAV, VAR, IEMG, WL) demonstrated strong robustness, while frequency-domain features (MF, MPF, Spectral Entropy) showed higher sensitivity to fatigue-induced spectral shifts.
